2. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free, no matter the order size or location.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after processing.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.
6. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Yes! We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply email support@auralore.shop with your order number and the item you want to exchange.

11. Are your caps adjustable?
Many of our caps come with adjustable straps to ensure a comfortable fit. Product pages include specific sizing information for each style.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once an order has been processed and shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process. Contact us immediately at support@auralore.shop if you need to cancel.
13. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate exclusively online. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marble Falls, Texas.
