3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more details.

  3. If you still cannot locate your package, email support@auralore.shop, and our team will help investigate and resolve the issue.

Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
