Refund policy

At Auralore, we want every order from auralore.shop to arrive exactly as expected. If something isn’t right, we’ve made our return process simple, fair, and fully customer-friendly.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition

  • Items must include original packaging and all accessories (if applicable)

  • Items must not be marked as damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery

We do not sell final sale items — everything in our store is eligible for return.


2. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless required by law


3. How to Start a Return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is completely free

  • We provide a prepaid return label

  • You do not need to pay anything to send items back

We strongly recommend using the provided label to ensure tracking and safe processing.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed

If your refund is delayed, it may be due to:

  • Bank processing times

  • Payment provider delays (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.)


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A wrong item

  • Or a defective product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement (based on availability)


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one once your refund is approved.


8. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or use

  • The item is missing original packaging or components

  • The return request is made after 30 days (unless required by law)
